Terms of Use of TICKETNET

1. Service Acquisition:

   • Purchases can be made up to 3 hours before the service starts.

   • A maximum of 5 seats per transaction is allowed. After completing one transaction, an additional 5 seats can be purchased.

2. Purchase Requirements:

   • Mandatory registration of the buyer with an active email address and valid phone number.

   • Passenger phone numbers must be valid. If the cardholder is different from the buyer or passengers, contact will be made to confirm. Reservations without response will be canceled.

3. Changes and Refunds:

   • In-person changes or rescheduling are allowed up to 36 hours in advance. If the ticket holder cannot attend, a simple power of attorney letter with a copy of ID or passport is required.

   • Refunds for national routes are allowed up to 72 hours in advance. An administrative fee will apply.

   • Refund requests made via the internet, App, or Call Center must be sent to info@kantatiry.com.

General Contractual Clauses

1. Definitions:

   • Travel Ticket: Physical or electronic document validating the contracted service.

   • Transport Contract: Agreement between the Company and the passenger under the accepted terms.

   • Passenger: Ticket holder with exclusive rights to make requests regarding the contracted conditions.

2. Ticket Purchase:

   • A maximum of 10 tickets per segment is allowed for web purchases. Confirmation will be sent via email.

   • Reference fares are subject to variations without prior notice.

   • Ticket transfers are permitted with identification, payment of administrative fees, and fare adjustment if applicable.

3. Boarding Requirements:

   • Arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time with a physical or virtual ticket and a valid ID.

   • Minors must meet specific notarial requirements depending on their accompanying person.

4. Baggage Policies:

   • Hand luggage: Maximum dimensions of 50x35x21 cm, no wheels, and a maximum weight of 6 kg.

   • Checked luggage: Up to 20 kg free of charge. Excess weight is subject to additional fees.

   • Prohibited items: Hazardous substances, alcoholic beverages, sharp objects, perishables, and animals (except regulated exceptions).

5. Responsibilities:

   • The company is not responsible for undeclared valuables.

   • In case of loss, damage, or theft attributable to the company, the applicable regulations will be followed.

Procedures for Changes and Refunds

1. Trip Rescheduling:

   • In-person requests must be made 36 hours in advance. Postponed tickets are valid for 360 days.

   • Changes are subject to availability and fare adjustments if applicable.

2. Refunds:

   • Requests can be made in person or via email (info@kantatiry.com) depending on the purchase channel.

   • Administrative fees will be deducted.

3. Special Conditions:

   • No changes or refunds are accepted within 6 hours of the trip.

Additional Considerations

• Force Majeure Events: Interruptions due to natural disasters or other uncontrollable events may result in relocations or partial refunds.

• Lost Items: Stored for a maximum of 30 days (24 hours for perishables). Claims must include a description and valid identification.

• Prohibitions: The transport of drugs, unregistered weapons, and boarding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
