You can purchase tickets for any of our routes directly through our website or by contacting our customer service team for assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via the Culqi payment gateway, which supports all major credit cards, digital wallets, and PayPal for your convenience.
How do I modify or cancel my reservation?
You can modify or cancel your reservation by logging into your account and accessing the “My Reservations” section. For detailed information, please review our modification and cancellation policies or contact our customer service team for support.
Are there any additional payments required?
Yes, on the Chivay to Puno or Puno to Chivay routes, a tourist ticket (BTC) is required. The costs are:
- International tourists: S/. 70.00
- South American tourists: S/. 40.00
- National tourists: S/. 20.00
Does the service include accommodation?
No, our services do not include accommodation on any of our routes.
If I do not have a pick-up or drop-off location, where should I go?
Please head to the following designated locations for pick-up and drop-off:
